Blinds World just finished installing basswood shutters in my living room and bedrooms. They look fabulous! Rafi, the designer, knew his stuff and was patient as I shopped around for the best price. Edgar, the installer, showed up on time and installed 10 sets of shutters in under 6 hours. It gives my house a nice beachy cottage feel!  Love it.
